To many juveniles get off easy due to thier age with the juvenile court system, and it restricts juveniles from all constitutional rights. There are to many flaws and loopholes in the sytem as it is that allowed for cases such as the Arkansas school shooting in 1998. Two juveniles were set free once they turned 21 because of flaws in the system. There should be one court system for all. This will allow for juveniles to take full responsibility for there actions , provide them with all constitutional right , as well as close up loopholes that could potentially set murderers free, giving fair justice.
