The Federal, State or Local Government should never be able to repossess your home or land for any reason. We the People work are whole lives paying for our homes and land to call our own. It is only right that it is really ours. We pay enough in federal taxes to cover what the government needs to operate. This is one tax that should never have been passed if you own your home or land then that should be it. You should not have to lease it from the government every year. Not to say that every home and land owner couldn't use the thousands of dollars for something else like paying off debt or sending your kids to college.
