Abolish lobbies and special interest groups.

An executive order should be issued to disband the groups that spend countless dollars influencing those that represent us in the House and Senate. As a citizen of the US, I vote for those who are to represent me and my Commonwealth/State in the federal government. The voices of most congressmen's constituents go unheard once they are on Capitol Hill. The money, power, and influence of groups like the National Rifle Association, the American Civil Liberties Union, The American Bankers Association, and lobbies from/for foreign countries drowns out all but their most wealthy constituents. Our leaders, elected by us, should be representing our interests and not those of lobbies and major corporations.An executive order would circumvent special interest influence on legislation of this type.
