No where in the constitution is there a definition for marriage! However, there is a clear separation between church and state! It should matter not if someone is straight or gay, or if someone wants to marry their favorite tree! Marriage should be before God only not the Government and God! This means that whether one is married or not, every person will be treated the same by the government, in all aspects such as, taxes, contracts, and parental rights!
