The archaic practice of teminating a person's employment for any or no reason is a barbaric hold over from a mentality which needs and must be put behind us in a free society. This Master and Slave policy gives owners the backing of our government to willfully hurt people to say nothing about the damage it does to the economy at large. The "at- will" policy in effect allows unsrcupulous owners to make our government complicit to a morally reprehensible behavior.
