The Motor Vehicle Code in any and all the States within the Union is unlawfully adopted into law. Some people may believe that driving is privilege, but the Supreme Court has ruled otherwise. We actually have a RIGHT to freely travel along our highways and by-ways as a free people, in whatever the known system of pleasure driving is - horseless carriage, automobile, car. That driving is a right and is free, if as for pleasure and personal use and NOT for commerce. Those who use our highways and roads FOR COMMERCE (=hire, money, pay) are ones who are to be licensed. Supreme Court rulings have affirmed our rights to drive and that licensing is Unconstitutional. We have lost $BILLIONS to this racketeering.
