Abolish mugshot websites

I myself have never been arrested and therefore am not affected by the mugshot industry, but it pains me to see people I went to high school with permanently lose their right to privacy for minor offenses such as a one time arrest for underage drinking. These websites claim to be crime stoppers, but are really just trying to make money because they often charge people up to 1,000 dollars to remove their online mugshot even if they are found not guilty. I am aware that Congress will try to block this bill, but I am sure if you repeatedly create this bill, one day it will pass. I would greatly appreciate it.
