abolish the National Minimum Drinking Act of 1984 and let the states freely decide their drinking age limit.

To give the states the ultimate choice in which drinking age they choose. To not have the Federal Government use money as an incentive to keep the drinking age at 21. Also to give underage adults the right they deserve.
