Can jail Americans indefinatly without trial or charge and be denied the ability to confront witnessCan monitor religious and political institutions without suspecting criminal activity. Can monitor conversations between attorneys and clients in a federal prison and can deny lawyers to Americans accused of a crime
Can prosecute librarians or other keepers of records reveal government searches of their records
Can hold military detainees indefinatly without trial
These are blatant disregards for the right to habeas corpus and due process, freedom of speech, freedom from unreasonable search and seizures, right to speedy an public trial, freedom of association We must stop this!
