Abolish the NDAA,as UNCONSTITUTIONAL.The USA being a democracy, should not be allowed to detain citizens w/o charges.

Created by L.W. on December 26, 2012

NDAA allows for the indefinite detention of US citizens without charges (for their opinions, not their actions)and is a direct violation of the Constitution of the USA.We are not a dictatorship and the Constitution was clear about this. This also concerns the torture of people,a clear violation of the Geneva Conventions.
It also limits Americans' right to protest our government that refuses to do what they were elected to do-REPRESENT us,not what will fill their personal bank accounts.
All of this is a free speech violation and makes the "thought police",the new law of our land.
No person should be detained for expressing their thoughts or ideas-only for actions that violate laws. And for "law breaking" actions, the charges should be public.
