Abolish the "no refusal allowed" DUI law.

I understand the want to reduce drunk drivers. I applaud cops doing their jobs. But i am against the breathalyzer before even doing a field sobriety test. Alcohol affects different people different ways. If the person is completely drunk. Than of course use common sense and place that person under arrest, but. 08 is so low and it can ruin peoples lives at work just getting one DUI offense. Its not fair and against our human rights. Why is the government so.sure of themselves that "We the people" are idiots and want the government to run my life. Give the power back to the people, to the states, and give us back our human rights. I want a field sobriety test first, and if i pass it. Let me go home. If i fail it, than do the breathalyzer. One beer does not make.everyone drunk.
