Abolish non-medical use of strobe lights

As so many suffer from Epilepsy/seizures, the use of strobe lights increase risk of and even cause seizures in people with this disability and pose a danger to human lives as seizures are a cause of many deaths thru the country and around the world. Not always do people with this disability stay home, which means they are still in danger of seizures and death by these types of lights being used. In consideration of those who battle Epilepsy, and as a man married to a woman with Epilepsy, this is an issue that troubles me very much as I love my wife more than life itself.
