The NY-SAFE Act of New York state was implemented illegally, without vote by the citizens, behind closed doors, over night in Jan. 2013. This law is a direct infringement on the 2nd Amendment. The law effectively outlaws sporting rifles, reduces the capacity of ammunition that can legally be loaded into a magazine, hinders the peoples right to self protection and takes business away from NYS firearms dealers/manufactures.The people of NYS are protected by the 2nd Amendment and by law are entitled to the firearm(s) of their choosing without government intervention. This law has not proven to be effective in thwarting crime or stopping criminals from breaking the law in any manor. Please, help New York Sate to renew it's constitutional rights and bring us back to the USA we love and cherish.
