We need to throw out the whole thing, this is being implemented blindly. When it was introduced we were told, "if you like your plan, you can keep your plan" and "if you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor". Now we find out neither is true. Now this thing that was supposed to basically pay for itself, isn't! The American people are going to pay and here is how: Young people who are healthy are going to opt out and pay the penalty instead of getting the insurance because it's cheaper, thus raising the premiums for everybody else that's enrolled in Obamacare. When this happens, the American people enrolled will want out, at the same time it'll discourage more to join. Not only will Obamacare not work, it will collapse upon itself and push America even further into debt.
