Mr. President, we the people, respectfully request the abolishment of the ObamaCare Mandate and resultant tax penalty. A large number of our citizens have experienced unreasonable increases (20% + over the past several years) in healthcare coverage expenses, rendering what is advertised as "affordable" healthcare, unaffordable.
It is unreasonable for the U.S. Government to reconcile that stiff monetary penalties be levied upon individuals who cannot afford to purchase healthcare insurance, for any number of legitimate reasons.
Assessing penalties of this nature against individuals unable to afford healthcare insurance is detrimental to the financial stability of the individual and his or her family. Please relieve these individuals of the unequitable ObamaCare mandate tax penalties.
