Abolish the Office of National Drug Control Policy and position of Drug Czar replace with Office of National Drug Reform

The Office of National Drug Policy and the Drug Czar are misguided and following policies based on failed strategies to discourage drug use by criminalization of medical patients who may need certain drugs for medicne. The Office of National Drug Policy and the position of Drug Czar shall be abolished and replaced with The Office of National Drug Reform, It shall be charged with the reform of all drug laws in the nation. With a policy of advocating drugs used for medicine are not a criminal action. For those who may abuse drugs a policy of education and rehabilatation shall be promoted, Decriminalization of all drugs shall be inacted nationaly. All non-violent drug offenders shall be released from incarseration. Scientific research exploring the medical use of all drugs shalll be promoted.
