abolish or entirely re-establish the Central Intelligence Agency due to it's long history of corruption.

There has been a long history of corruption within the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). There have been attempts to abolish the CIA before now, such as by President John F. Kennedy. A few days later, he 'mysteriously' died by an assassination. It does serve a good purpose for it gathers intelligence (on behalf of national security), however, it also conducts majorly covert, illegal operations, which even the Presidency and Congress aren't aware of. There is also evidence that the CIA has been bullying foreign nationalists into handing over assets to US corporations. As stupid as this sounds, there is a lot of evidence that proves these as factual. Therefore I propose that the CIA be abolished or re-established, whereby everything must be ran through the President of the United States.
