Abolish out-of-state fees for students to allow them to have access to and attend any school in the country.

It is unfair, burdensome, and job killing to force out-of-state fees on students who pursue education outside of their state. In many instances, out-of-state fees can double or triple tuition for a student, thus adding to the extreme debt that graduates have to carry to get an education. Education should be equal access to anyone who lives in this country, regardless of state.
