Almost all colleges and universities receive taxpayer dollars, either directly or through students loans and grants. They should not be able to discriminate simply because a student lives in another state. We the people implore this administration to put a stop to out-of-state tuition policies so that higher education can be made available to more of our citizens, especially our youth.
