Abolish the Parties

I believe that we should not allow parties to partake in the political process. They should be looked at just like a PAC or another influencing entity. The reason I belive this has to do with the fact that partisan politics has taken place of true compromise and what is good for America. At this point it is all about what party gets the credit for passing something not what is good for the country. Lets have canidates run under the issues not party. Take the parties out and you also reduce cost and time for elections. One election for president. No primaries, no 2 year election. Just canidates with their views and if you agree with one more than the other then vote that way.
