The Patriot Act was instituted where it was not even reviewed thoroughly by Congress. It was aplroved out of fear of the 9/11/2001 event that killed innocent people by an attack.

It is a carte blanche of an Act. It is absolutely mandatory that Congress have a task committee to review and analyse that such a powerful act must be fine tuned to a real and sustainable protection for the people, of the people ans by the people
