Abolish the Penny.

We as a nation need to stop the minting of pennies. There are a few reasons for us to do this. For one, nobody likes the penny. Many people would rather just say, "NO, you can keep the change." People don't want old pennies collecting dust in their houses.It takes up spaces and time. Another reason is that pennies TAKE MORE MONEY TO MAKE THEM THAN THEY ARE WORTH. That's right; it takes 1.8 cents to make a 1 cent coin. It's time we stood up and stopped wasting money and abolish the penny. Other countries have done this with their versions of the penny with nothing bad happening to their economy. We need to stop minting pennies and starting using that money for better things.
