ABOLISH the POLITICALLY OPPRESSIVE Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and REPLACE it with the FAIR TAX structure.

It has now been DEMONSTRATED, for over 40 years, that the IRS can, has, and WILL be used, by members of BOTH political parties as a TOOL of PERSECUTION and/or OPPRESSION, something that is antithetical to the principles of liberty AND our Constitutional system of government and, therefore, should ELIMINATED.
Accordingly, the FAIR TAX structure will serve to, not only reduce the tax burden for individuals and businesses alike (by taxing consumption INSTEAD of production), but also, REMOVE a MAJOR temptation for political parties and/or individuals in power to use such OPPRESSIVE POWER to control, or even eliminate the influence, an opposing political group and/or people.
