We as Independent Pharmacies are confronted everyday with many patients wanting to come to our store for better quality service but are forced to go to a big box store due to Preferred Networks. This is totally illegal and violates Antitrust laws!! We are also being paid way below cost on many of our prescriptions due to erroneous MAC based payments which have no basis in reality. In fact, many PBM's are paying way below the actual cost of the drug!! Generic drug manufactures are also taking advantage of the situation and inflating the price of their products to such high prices that most of them are becoming more expensive than the brands!! This type of behavior should be investigated and justice should be brought to the culprits of such despicable behavior! Fair Market? Stand with us!!
