abolish the present tax code, close the IRS, and create a flat tax rate of 15% with no exemptions.

The current tax system is out of control, confusing to most citizens, and easy for the wealthy to manipulate. A flat tax would ensure that EVERYBODY pays their fair share including the lowest income to the highest. All would participate. Under this system there would be no tax exemptions for anything including the church.The vast majority of the IRS could be eliminated. The time for a flat tax is now.
