Abolish Property taxes assessed by the states, counties and school districts.

Entice the states to abolish property taxes on individual homeowners on their primary residences while allowing the taxation of seasonal homes rental properties and commercial structures. This will improve the economy by giving people more disposable income and it will also allow many that cannot afford these taxes to remain in their homes. This will be pursuant to Life , Liberty and the pursuit of happiness. The individual states will need to come up with alternate methods of making up for the lost revenue but this can be done by simple .05% increase in state sales taxes and .02% in income tax increases. However the states are afraid to do this . They need convinced that a persons property should not be taxed year in and year out . It is like paying rent on your own property.
