Abolish race altogether from job applications, college applications and so forth. We all are Americans

To stop racial tension between everyone we should give everyone an equal chance of becoming anything. To do so we should abolish race from any type of application like a job or college application for example. If everyone is given an equal chance and judged strictly on qualifications we could come closer to ending racial discrimination.
