The red and blue lists are kept by several organizations within the executive branch. Whether designed or intended for good or bad purposes-a free nation should never undertake such a fascist NKVD-style compilation of potential opponents of government control.
Such lists could have far reaching unintended consequences. The administration can busy itself with larger internal and external threats.
Being that the Bill of Rights is one our nation's founding documents, the federal government must recognize that any person that still adheres to that document is not a threat to our form of government.
