"We petition the Obama Administration to abolish the right of a state to petition for their secession from the United States of America." While the people may individually (at least separate from the U.S. gov.) petition for a states withdrawal and secession from the United States of America, a state may not, in order to maintain the U.S. constitutions objective to establish justice, and form a more perfect union. The U.S. government has no intention of eradicating it's "separation of powers," and only aims to ordain the laws set forth by its constitution. Though democratic wealth might seem to have grown by a substantial amount in the past year, there is still a viable equilibrium between both democratic and republican party's, and between the House of Representative and the Senate.
