Abolish the "Right to Work" Act in Florida

Created by J.P. on June 17, 2016

this petition is important because the State of Florida who has to put the right to work act in place which states that Employers in Florida can fire an employee for absolutely no reason for the way they dress, act, speak,or just for giving them a mean look.I find this wrong because someone could just look mean because of the look they have in general and the employer has the right to fire or "layoff" an employee without giving them a formal reason. This Act gives the employer the right to judge a person by character alone and not by work ethic which is a direct violation of our civil rights as citizens of Florida, and also gives the employer the right to force employees to work in unlivable conditions in order to even live and allows employers to work employees for nearly unlivable wages.
