Abolish Robocalls of all types.

Even though the National Do Not Call Registry allows for landline and cellular telephone numbers to be restricted from calls, there is a disclaimer that allows for Not For Profit and Political calls to landline and cellular telephone numbers.
The fact is, 99% of these Not For Profit and Political calls are automated robot calls; meaning that no human being is available to ask that your landline or cellular telephone number be removed from their call lists.
Also, the absence of a human being lessens the fact that the caller may be an actual Not For Profit or Political caller in the full sense of the definition.
These calls are more obtrusive and annoying that any of the original telemarketing calls, since there is no way to get the calling party to stop making the calls.
