Abolish the Senate and House of Representatives by allowing the American people to vote on all issues.

Created by G.V. on January 29, 2013

The founding fathers did not have foresight of the information and communications infrastructure the world would have. Amendments to the constitution have abolished slavery and guaranteed women's rights – ideas that were not on the original agenda but were instituted as America evolved. Similar to this ideology, the need for the Senate and House should be reevaluated. Consider creating a cabinet to take proposals for laws and policies, select the top solutions and create and secure the infrastructure allow the American people to vote on what direction the country takes. Who better to represent us than ourselves? Put an end to the greed, corruption, nepotism, lack of bipartisanship and general neglect of the needs of the people. It can truly become a government of the people, by the people.
