The Short Barrel Rifle tax stamp is an unconstitutional law under the Second Amendment as its only purpose is to infringe on our right to bear arms. It does so by forcing firearm owners to go through an expensive and lengthy process that serves no actual purpose other than making it more difficult to own a firearm. Unconstitutional laws are not laws and as such this tax stamp needs to be abolished.
