We the People of the United States of America petition Our government to dissolve the Social Security payroll tax. Further, We the People require that the government pay all contributed funds to date plus interest to their rightful owners through either check or direct deposit no later than one year from the time in-which this bill becomes law. The recipient of such repayment may choose to spend, invest or save according to their own free choice.
