I believe that the Stand Your Ground law allows people to get away with murder. If not murder at the very least manslaughter in the second degree. Many young men have died and many more will die. This law is to vague and very lethal in the hands of the wrong persons. There are many ways to defend one self against an attacker, than to shoot first ask questions later, our very own police officials who protect communities with high crime rates have to answer for unorthodox shootings. They have to use necessary force. Most cases I have reviewed in states with this law people abuse the law because of its vagueness. We are letting murders and sadistic psychopaths to live out their dreams of conducting the perfect murder. this law cause more harm than help to the American people.
