Abolish Standardized Testing Nationwide

Standardized testing has robbed our children of a well rounded education! Many teachers have begun to teach to the test instead of fostering a love for learning. Every child is an individual and will excel in different ways, which may or may not conform to standardized testing. Teachers now have test scores tied to their evaluation and feel pressured to teach to the test. This restricts their full teaching potential and creativity. We ask President Obama, the First Family, and all families to join us in this petition to abolish standardized testing nationwide, and give our children the education they deserve.
