We ask for our government to abolish standardized tests in public schools due to the fact that they are taking away crucial time in our children's learning experience. Too much time is spent on specific test taking subjects and it is depriving students of the knowledge and skills they will need later in life. Teachers are losing jobs because of low test scores and if this trend continues, there will be no teachers left to help future generations succeed. We kindly ask for this issue to be taken seriously before our legislature and the consideration of serious reform.
