Abolish the Supreme Court: An Amendment to the Constitution.

Created by S.C. on July 08, 2014

Whereas the Supreme Court has proven itself to be a menace to the people's liberties and a leftover from past centuries when democracy was less of a value for the United States, the Court is hereby abolished by amendment to the Constitution.

The various Federal Appeals Courts will continue to hear cases involving Constitutional issues and where they disagree on the content of the Constitution or its relevant interpretation for a given present time, the issue shall be put to the people themselves by national referendum to decide.
