abolish the tax code and institute a fair, equitable and simplified code that virtually eliminates the IRS.

I propse a simplififed, equitable and fair tax code consisting of seven progressive flat tax brackets according to income. All deductions are eliminated except for personal deductions and dependants. Taxes come out of one's salary according to what bracket one's income falls. There are no deductions, and for most people that means no tax filing at the end of the year. If one's income falls or dependants increase or decrease adjustments will be made on a simple form at the end of the taxable year. If one's income rises then the taxes come out of one's salary accordingly. Taxes will be paid at the same rate in each income bracket regardless of one's source of income. This paradigm will also apply to businesses. All persons in the same income bracket will pay the same taxes.
