Abolish tax loopholes and require that corporations and the wealthy pay taxes in keeping with their incomes and profits.

Created by C.F. on October 26, 2011

The distribution of wealth in the United States is top heavy, significantly due to tax loopholes that allow the wealthy and large corporations to avoid paying taxes in proportion to their incomes and profits. If these loopholes were abolished, millions to billions of dollars would pour into the federal government. This money could be used to help create jobs and balance the budget without cutting programs so desperately needed by the poor and those living on low, fixed incomes.
