Millions of students are being trapped under the Federal Student Loan Act to be hunted down like animals, harassed, and left without a future to start after graduation. The Student Federal Loan Program has decided to take their harassment to another level after being granted the right to garnish wages and tax refunds with any remorse or consideration for family crisis or budgets.
I would like to see changes to the Federal Loan Act with more exceptions and considerations for a student's circumstances. Education is important in order for the citizens of America to prosper themselves and their country. However, America has put a high price tag on education in which in most cases, students fall into a trap and is unable to repay their student loan.
