Abolish the torture and skinning of live animals for the fur trade by protecting them through UN agreement and sanctions

Created by V.F. on October 25, 2011

The fur trade, especially in China, involves the torture and skinning of LIVE dogs, cats, rabbits, foxes, and animals in order to obtain furs for trade with the U.S. and other countries.
These furs are then marketed as real and "faux" fur to the U.S. Most consumers have no idea what they are supporting by buying fur products, even the so-called faux fur.
First, please stop US trade with these countries, who torture and condone torture of these animals.
Second, please create a UN ban on the mislabeling of real furs as "faux".
Lastly, and most importantly, create a UN committee to create laws protecting the rights of animals worldwide. These animals deserve the protections from abuse, neglect, and excruciating torture to death that is the fur trade.

Thank you for your support.
