Abolish trademarks that are neither name or title.

Created by W.T. on June 30, 2014

Many companies, corporations, industries have gained trademarks on common words and phrases that should forever be within the public domain and We The People. Even a single individual can gain a trademark upon a word. A word everyone uses. The individual or more likely a company will profit from it at the expense of many developers. Even the basic components that make us human are trademarked. 20% of our DNA is apart of this common-sense-neglecting- idiocracy. How can someone have the right to do such things? We The People petition the Obama Administration to further regulate laws involving trademarking and most importantly: abolish all trademarks on anything other than names. Anything having to do with life including what makes us human and words, is abolishible.
