Since the take over of air transportation safety by the DHS and the creation of the TSA, private citizens have endured molestation, theft, and intimidation at the hands of non-POST certified security guards. The federal government has, with the assistance of the DHS, stripped Americans of basic protections afforded to them under the 4th amendment of the U. S. Constitution. Also, since the TSA has not out performed the private security previously provided, there can be no justification for the ballooning debt burden place on tax payers who see no increased benefit in the area of security. We ask that this administration dismantle the TSA and hand the job of keeping consumers of air transportation safe back to the private companies who ran it before.
