The United States would be better off without the TSA and the Department of Homeland Security. They are symbolic departments which create negative value for US citizens.
Somehow, even though they can't justify their own existence, they end up with ever increasing budgets.
Roll back the authoritarian changes made by the Bush administration after 9/11 by eliminating these entities.
