The Transportation Safety Administration does nothing to protect the safety of air travel. On their own website, they admit that, in their 13-year history, they have not prevented even one terrorist attack. What they have done is confiscated billions of dollars of private property and needlessly harassed air travelers with ever more draconian "safety measures".
Furthermore, the "no-fly" and "terrorist watch" lists are a joke. When a misdemeanor property crime can get one branded a "terrorist" and put on the watch list, the system is broken. I refer you to http://jetsettingterrorist.com/about-a-tsa-labeled-terrorist/
There is no due process for either of these lists, and the searches and seizures are clear violations of the 4th Amendment. Disband the TSA and eliminate those "lists".
