Today regular people are forced in to a subsidized system of dooming student loans to cover ever rising tuition costs with no guarantee of ever recover such initial investment in case the institute provides inadequate education for the student to succeed in the job market after graduation.
I propose a "NO MONEY DOWN TUITION SYSTEM" that still allows institutes to profit by retaining a small percentage of student future salaries.
This percentage will be applied like a tax on the future total yearly income of the graduated student and it'll have to be defined in size and number of years(ES. 5% for a 15yrs or 2% for lifetime or similar)
This way if a student succeeds the institute will profit promoting higher standards but if the student finds no job at least he's burden free and owes nothing
