Abolish unconstitutional Border Patrol checkpoints within the United States.

For nearly 10 years, the U.S. Border Patrol has established and operated illegal interior checkpoints between 25 and 75 miles from the U.S.–Mexico border. American citizens are stopped, interrogated, and in some cases, harassed as if they were criminals—simply for driving down the highway. The 4th Amendment should apply to every part of the country—not merely to places further than 75 miles from the border. Cease these illegal operations immediately.
