Why are we paying the Federal Reserve interest for OUR currency (debt) when Congress alone has the authority to print and coin money @ zero interest?
Much of the individual income tax goes straight to the Federal Reserve as interest payments.
The Federal Reserve is a system of private banks - the biggest ones. It is no more "Federal" than Federal Express - a private courier sevice.
We must abolish the Federal Reserve and return to the interest-free United States notes. The American People are adamantly opposed to paying interest to private banks for the use of their own money (debt).
