On December 31st, 2011, President Barack Obama signed the National Defense Authorization Act into law. Although it is passed every year, this year, the changes made to it are unconstitutional, and therefore, it must be abolished under grounds of treason. It gives our military the ability to indefinitely detain American Citizens with no due process or statement of grief. It allows you to be arrested anytime, anywhere, without you knowing why. You will not be told why you are being detained, and no judge will ever year your story. In article 3, section 1 and 2, the constitution clearly states that every law case MUST be reviewed by the judiciary process. In the 7th amendment, the BOR states "The right of trial by jury shall be preserved". The 9th & 14th amendment should also be revised.
